nick prolly wont get fined , cause it seems that the people at vB dont care , i have reported about 3 illegal vB's and they are still running . I think u can only b caught if u dont have a patch that most illlegal vB's have , i think its called "SpyFix" (found all this info on google)

i got an email from bulletin ealier saying thank you for reporting him,they will be contacting him shortly

when i reported people's vB the sent me the same message , but they never talked with the admin of the vB (i think the email was sent from a bot)
