Hoe can i do a live stream?? What services are aviable??? And if i cannot do a live stream, how can i set up an webcam????

Check http://real.com for some info on live real media servers. Web cam software (there's not one) might work for you though I don't have any links off hand. Costs vary.

I have this one program that was designed to serve webcam still images. When combined with special javascripts it becomes a 7 frame per second streaming video cam.
