i bought it because it's going to be a fansite of the chicano rapper Lil' Rob and one of his songs is Mexican Gangster

Do you have a buyer in mind? If not, well then the worth is going to be relative. If I were making an offer, I'd personally offer $10, but I'm not interested in the domain (not enough to make a bid on it). You might find someone who is mexican who thinks it would be wonderful to own the domain and they'd be willing to pay more, etc.
