Well the web page exploited many holes and bugs within IE, NS, and windows in order to crash the computer.

Netscape and Internet Explorer have many flaws in their browser that can crash the computer. Windows 9x has some of these flaws too. However, that site is useless when matched against Windows 2000 Professional and Opera 5.01.

Printer virus? Printers have viruses?

Na, its just a little DOS app that I wrote that shoots out about 300 blank pages from your printer when it is executed.

LOL.. now can you imagine that "virus" being widespread? that would be annoying :)

I've got this neat lil program, if anybody has the guts to try it out, get it here (http://dto.fluxfx.net/Duhh/McDonalds.zip).

Don't worry, it won't crash your computer, it won't format your hard drive, won't rearrange stuff, won't rewrite files, ain't a virus. It also does no harm to your computer. It even comes with sound! :D

Oh, in case you don't know how to "install" the thing, just run the program. It's written in C++ (aka "B" ;)), I think, in case anybody wants to see the source.

"Have you had your break today?"
"What you want is what you get at McDonald's today."
"Every time is a good time."

Koolguy

here it is http://www.koolplace.com/~koolguy/Print.exe

Dont worry, it doesnt print anything on the pages of paper and this version can't replicate itself.

*LOL* Where the hell do you guys learn this? I mean where do you come up with it? Koolguy, were you just mad at work and wanted to piss off the people in the copy room? I can just imagine 300 sheets of blank paper flying out of a xerox machine :). You guys should take requests to make custom annoy scripts and progs. ;)

Hey Lex, your McDee's thing didn't work. It said "Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied"

Okay, when I closed some windows, my virus scanner had a window that popped up. It said your file was infected with the JOKE_GHOST virus. What was it supposed to do? My damn virus scanner deleted the file.

Here's one. They'll have to press ctrl+alt+del to get rid of this alert. It can be easily changed from a form button to a link.

<SCRIPT>

function virus()
{
var a = true
while (a == true)
{
alert("Jackass!!!!!!!.")
}
}
//-->
</SCRIPT>

<FORM>
<Input type=Button Value="Click here!" onclick="virus()">
</FORM>
It's crappy javascript, but hey! I'm learning.

Hey, at least you've got the guts to try it out. Hmm.... must've had some problems with the zip archive.
Okay, I've deleted the zip file and uploaded the original file. Try it again, it works for me... ^^

http://dto.fluxfx.net/Duhh/McDonalds.exe

PS. you just wait after you executed the file, and then after a while a window will pop up saying (c) by some guy (dunno who, can't decipher it) and his/her email address and then you press OK..... have fun! :D

Yes, Malicious scripts are fun (if your not the victim)

Should i have a sig with a link to a new script every week?

It would be fun, and youd be forewarned.

Ive got some real fun ones that are a bit annoying, and some just piss you off, and a couple do some damage (reversible of course).

Ive also been piddling around with some batch files, the only really work if you find a dum-dum and convince them to load it, but there are other ways which im still figuring out. i could have a sig with links to those to.

what do you think?

Coolin
February 11th, 2001, 13:32
Why would you link to any of these scripts when anyone in their right mind would know not to go to them. The only people that would go to them are ones that are unaware of the damage they can do. And when the damage is done, you're the one who everyone is going to be angry at.

Also, the point of this thread was not to ever damage anyone's computer ever again. However, you're breaking that promise by wanting to link to scripts that may hurt your computer.

I suggest that you do not do this.

Good point, and point taken.

Living proof how threads can carry on and change subject.

Nick's source should be ignored and treated as a lesson, not freebie to harm other's computers. dont use it or ill beat you with a tuna too!
(im at least glad that he made it known that it was not to be used. that was a cool thing to do)
