http://free.prohosting.com/ (but you have to do it secretly; they sometimes delete popular forums)
Besides these two, I can't think of a single other host (that has any bit of reliability at all) that will actually allow CGI forums to be hosted on their server.

Do you know a CGI forum called LeoBoard? This board can use in any host that support CGI, like http://coolnow.hk.st . But I think it worse than ikonboard. So i choose ikonboard. Really no anyother host for ikonboard?

There are no other CGI hosts that allow you to host forums. So Leoboard wouldn't even work. If you call Netfirms unreliable, the rest of the hosts I know are likely to die any minute and they go down every few days or so. Do you really want that kind of host?

Use conkermaniac's suggestion. Currently, i have YaBB hosted and they haven't done a thing to delete it. I know that ikonboard 3 won't work, but ib 2.1.9 will. IB3 has a couple of problems running on FreeProhosting. If you want to try to fix those problems, you can goto http://free.prohosting.com and click on unnoficial FAQ#2 for a forum that talks about it.
If you want proof that YaBB work, http://wind.prohosting.com/unitedbb/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi is proof enough.

If you have IB3, you can't use prohosting. They don't have the sendmail installed.

if you can, use some other board than ikonboard. If you dont need a database you might want to try http://vectorstar.net. I used to host my YaBB there and they did not care.

Then click on the perldriver to get all the paths you need.

STOP RECOMMENDING VECTORSTAR.NET, xpfreak! I consider this spamming because you always post their URL when OBVIOUSLY they are not accepting sign-ups. People have reminded you time and time again. Yet you never listen and you continue to post this crap. Seriously, please go check the page and you'll see that they haven't been allowing sign-ups for a few months now.
