I wouldn't venture to say they are any ad networks out there specifically for FWPs(which I think you're talking about) or any that even cater to our incredibly untapped market. Besides, if you get far off the beaten path you'll likely find yourself waiting for payments that will never arive, dealing with disreputable companies and holes in the wall.

Go with the tried and true networks and read up on them. Try test periods with them, make sure you receive a payment, then if you like them go with them.

Adbility.com, Freewebspace.net, and other network review sites are good sources for the basic picture when it comes to available advertising solutions.
