Runbox.com claims to have 100megs of email space and doesn't look like it has any restrictions.

I find this to be a reasonable limitation. If everyone constantly checked their boxes the server would crash. Sometimes it is good to look for services that are limited to some degree since it might help ensure that you can access the service. Just something to think about...

HotPOP.com is the best but they have the 15 minute thing, and why are you worried about it? Not thinking about SPAMING are you ;)?

Yeah, the 10 min. thing IS reasonable. It's what I use for my email (Softhome), but since we just got cable internet I'm looking for something for my dad... AT&T has a bad rep with their mail so far, and I just thought I'd ask around.. if I can't find anything I'm sure he might just visit the local ISP and pay like $2.50/month for pop3 email...
