Hi,

Thanks!

I guess what i am trying to figure out is what to change to maintain and update the site. What is the rate for that?

developers rarely maintain website content, the webmaster does.
Most of the time its on a contract basis.
There is no set rate.

Hey...

To answer your question from personal experience...

Per page I charge 40 dollars and down... for example I just completed a 30+ page website that did not include any programming languages other than HTML so I charged a fee of $28 canadian per page.

Also, I do have an hourly rate that I charge when it comes to updates. I charge $20 canadian per hour and I brake it down into 15 minute increments at $5 per 15 minutes.

And to note on what spec said about the updating question, I update more than 8 sites right now for businesses, so yes, I do have a set hourly rate.

Hope this helped.
