Nice, few things:
-The header image needs to be worked on... Its a bit 'pixelish' in places like the clouds and the ps2 console.

-There are many shades of blue, I think you should match them more... like make the body links the same color as the ones in the menu.

I fixed the link colours and the horizontal scrollbar, I don't know what you mean about the header though.

Heya Akalon, ima keep this real aight..

Site design is good; however, its too much like your site design..you need to change it, you need to make it different and I think that design wouldn't suit a PS2 Site, if you were to look at other gaming sites, none of them would be like that. :)
