Something Like Mydomain.com

Well I was trying to get a .com.au web addy to work with Mydomain.com but no success. So im looking for something similar to this. It must have full cloaking abillity's like....

http://www.myisp1234.com/~blah/blahblahblah.html
to
http://www.mynewdomain.com.au/blahblahblah.html

etc

I believe zonedit.com now offers cloaking, though not 100% sure.
