actually. 8op was really good. no ads i think and pretty fast. lots of people liked the friendly webmasters (except that cock valk, well from what i hear. maybe he was only a ---- because his aim got jacked).

I thought 8op was pretty decent for what it was: ad free, ftp. I wish they had cgi, though.

Actually, they weren't. Like syanet they had a SSI call for their banner, no one ever bothered to look for it though. I guess they really didn't care.
