Can anyone recommend paying popup providers that do not spawn additional ads.

I am aware of popuptraffic already.

PopupSponsor, ExitFuel Light, GoClick, FastClick, Advertising.com, Find-ItQuick, Websponsors.com PopupNation, etc.

I have personally found that PopupTraffic, GoClick and FastClick provide the greatest effective returns of this bunch (on general-audience sites), but your mileage may vary.

Find-ItQuick ran into some serious problems earlier this month, that were never adecquately explained. In short, their popup program began launching auto-download windows and for some reason had to be cancelled entirely and a new program launched in its place. For this reason, it would seem wise to be wary when dealing with the company's pop program.

Websponsors.com are highly reputable, profitable and well established. I've used both their regular offers and CPA pops to some success, and have been paid every month for several years now. As I inferred above, these haven't converted well enough for me to replace the CPM-based programs entirely, but they have complemented them nicely on occasion.
