Where is a good place to learn about making your own images (from TV or a video game) and sound clips? I've always wanted to know how people did that

There's a media PCI card that can hookup to your your DVD, stereo, TV, VCR, anything. I might pick up one this weekend with my new slave HDD and partition magic :D.

You could allways rip some DVD video, divide it into 700mb files and burn it onto video cd's.
