Cool Site. I suggest that you put the media into at least 2 formats is and when possible, as it helps others to not have to download something else just to watch a certain clip.

Long load: Jep true I gonnan change server
Clips: Jep some are in 2 formats, 80 % of them.

hover effects are nice :classic2:
and maybe a customized background outside the "main" table, maybe something with squares (black/green) but this is just a suggestion...

about your webiste, I didn't visit your forums yet

your forums have a hover effect
but replace the images new post/no new post, I don't like them that much
and it seems there are a few errors on the forums (see attachment, a black unused space!?)
