Looking for free Message Board

Hello, I'm looking for any free message board with good design. They must use some good program like Yabb or vBulletin or anything else.

My guess (from the sound of this post) is he's looking for a remotely hosted board. I should have checked the sticky, however, if there isn't info there, a forum search should produce at least one of the many times this has been discussed.
