My own domain, CGI, SSI or PHP & FAST!

i'm looking for a freehost with user placable banners - which has the following...

CGI.
php or ssi.
Attach my own domain to webspace.
Fast.

any ideas. At the moment I'm thinking of spaceports - but as far as I know they won't attach my domain name to the space.

The site is goig to be an XBOX site. Anyone know anything about video game hosts? I've looked at a couple and they all seem to expect you to make the site for fun, and not get any revenue from it???

virtualave and hypermart support only Perl, but not PHP--unless you know something I don't.

They support SSI and that is enough for mike's needs.
You may also want to try http://www.datablocks.net or http://www.f2s.com

Does f2s really allow to host a domain with the you didnt register with thme??? i didnt find such an option.
