Can you please review this design, I just made it in like an hour...

EDIT: On the page it says that I'm going to offer redirection services, you may notice that the domain webz.com is taken, before any one comments on this - it is just there for show... I am going to offer redirection services, but witha different domain name, and when I GET the domain name...

It's kinda plain, but it's very clean.

just a couple of things I noticed. your logo's background colour and the colour of the bar it's located at are two different shdes of blue.

and I would change those news and welcome graphics...they look kinda fuzzy.

Other than that, it looks good, and it'll be better once you get all your content in.

Any idea's to make it not plain? I know content would help, but anything else?

changing of graphix would help, and like blank said, fix the color thing, and the blurry thing.
the blank space in teh middle and right is kinda... not rite.
so yeah, get like a nice logo, nice splash, stuff like that.
