try fastshell.tk; pub.dtdns.net; shells.at

although (obligatory sdf plug) you'd be better off paying, because the shells above probably won't last too long. a onetime $36 donation to sdf.lonestar.org gets you 300mb space, php, perl, compilers, usenet, irc, and a private members server with less of a load average. and considering it's been around since 1987, i doubt it'll go belly-up anytime soon.
