u have to chmod the directories but I forgot which ones and what to chmod them to. i feel like a blonde now.

yeah and doesnt each seperate folder that u put the avatars in have to be chmodded as well? like folder avatars/sports wouldnt the folders avatars and sports have to be chmodded?

just do what I am going to do have taggers make graphix for the other people like avatars,tags,etc etc:biggrin2:
