I am looking for a well paying sponsor in the United States. Something that is G rated, "no porn", banner that pays like 15-20 cents per click in a new console window. Any suggestions???

I doubt you will be accepted to any CPC network as you lack a domain name.

If you check Czar's comments on that URL I provided, you will see which ones are well regarded and those to avoid. He keeps it updated as he recieves good/bad reports.
