Yep. That's the rate that you'll generate for every 1000 popups whose HTML code loads in full.

They have it right. :D We pay $1 for every thousand unique loads of the popunder. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Not only that, but they are also one of the few ad-based companies that also offers a downtime compensation scheme to their publishers that safeguards affiliates against potential losses that could occur during outtages affecting Focalex' servers.

Anyone aware of how well Focalex tracking is compared to actual impressions / uniques? I ask simply because I see widely varying statistics on unique impressions all over the place.
