Need a new host!

I am currently on a Don Host reseller and I can't seem to keep an upload speed of more than 10kbps, this is very irritating. ANd I have had other complaints of how slow the upload is and stuff. I would like to move hosts withen the next month, but I am only paying $3.95 as it is, where can I go for around the same price? Here are my needs...
at the very least 100mb 300 would be better
4gigs or more of transfer
PHP
MySql
Perl etc...
I would not like to spend much more than I am now, because I am only going to have it for a little while. What hosts would you reccomend

You cant upload more maybe because your DSL upload speed is that much. I got same deal. Even with a really fast host i cant upload more thn 15 kb/sec

Nah on my 56k I get up to 10+kb/s upload on this host but I can't remember who it was. So I'm thinking it the host that ur using that is slow not your isp. Most of them homo alway say that they are on oc3 but they are actually on t1 :rolleyes:

I am on don host :devious2: It is very slow, I know they have a big line, but they probably have to much traffic. I have uploaded upwards of 35kbps on average so it is not my ISP

Maybe we are out of his price range, and friends of his are using our service? You get recommendations here from cdudeuk18 even though he isn't your client so you cannot speak ;)

I need more disk space than myacen will offer. I was using 350mb of space, and that will soon be around a gig. So I can not afford that with myacen :) Myacen is a good host, and I am with don host not by preference and I was just going to stick with them until something bad happened which it did, I used up to much transfer in one day, so they decided to delete my account. I would do anything to have enough to get a myacen reseller, but I can't so I go with what I can.

Who's fighting? We are discussing like adults, my friend. You wouldn't obviously know about that as your posts show over and over again.

And i have never said i have used HostNexus :confused:
