Today I saw something really really cool, I was at a furniture store with my girlfriend looking around at some stuff and I was sitting at this $2000USD desk and opened it up and it had the coolest thing.
There was built in power box, and all over the desk there were little power outlets, like behind it and stuff, but not only that, there were also ethernet and phone line connecters wherever an outlet was, so it was like a built in hub, it is probably the coolest desk I have ever seen. Comes in three finishes too! So anyone ever seen or heard of that?

Looks great and has some nice features but the actual desk space seems fairly small. Still an impressive desk... You should find out who made the desk you are talking about, run a Google search, and see if you can't find some pictures to post. :)

Wow those are almost the coolests things I have ever seen. I bet it looks real ugly once you actually set up your computer on it and all the wires are hanging down.
The desk I was talking about is custom made from a local furniture store called "Christians" (that's the owners last name) Every sunday after church, our family goes out to eat at our favorite resteraunt and then me and my girlfriend will go look around in there for awhile. The surge protector thing had a model name on it, but I think they probably built it for someone.

I have something like that, it is a desk, with a power bar in one cabinet, all over the back of the surface there is monitor hook-ups and power plug-ins, the is 6 usb plug in's and a printer port. You have to plug the desk into a power plug, a phone line and optionally a phone line (cable internet)

What is the name on the power supply, maybe it is the same brand of power boxes as the one I saw
