Hypermart (http://hypermart.net/): 50MBs, (sub)domain, CGI/SSI, FTP, FP2000 Support, they claim unlimited transfer
VirtualAve (http://virtualave.net/): Ditto [I love that word if you haven't noticed ;)]
NetCabins (http://netcabins.com): down :(

Netcabins is up at the moment.

There must be something wrong with the link from the USA to the UK. I have always got over 25kb/s from F2s - which with all due respect isn't bad.

Login and look on the left column. It'll say server##.hypermart.net/username. Your ftp server will match up with the server##.hypermart.net.

Yes you can. It works in all directories. Look around the members area, it has tutorials on how to do error pages, password protection, etc.
