What everyone should think when notes that the banner exchange program that partecipates, shows only banners of known advertisers? Shouldn't show banners of other simple member sites too?

Banner companies usually go on 2:1 rations so half the impressions should be ads.

Well, I see only ads of known advertisers and 0% of banners of member sites. I think that's a problem, as I can think that my banner doesn't appear nowhere too.

I'm getting rid of them right now! Could someone suggest a good and honest banner exchange network! Thank you guys!
