i wouldn't take it. this is what i can get for $15:

RedHat Linux 7.2 with Apache 1.3.23
750 MB Webspace
7 GB transfer/month
10 FTP accounts
100 Sub Domains
100 Pop3 email accounts
Full cgi access
PHP 4.1.2 support
mySQL 3.23.45 (10 Databases)
phpMyAdmin for mySQL
.htaccess access
Perl 5 support
Web Control Panel (CPanel 4.7)
Webalizer Statistics
24X7 Customer Support
Account upgradeable

Price - $15/month with no setup

i'm assuming it does include scripts installed on request since it's nirmani.net, phpbeware cache, and i think a free domain too. i just don't get ssl (which are important for businesses), frontpage extension (don't have frontpage) and a mailing list (i don't think i'm going to use it). and why have 16 gb bandwidth when you only have 280 mb space?

It depends on the host, if the host is slightly more expensive than a cheaper host but offers better support, I would go with the more expensive one.

You've heard the saying you get what you pay for,

Email them questions at different times of the day and see who gives the better and quicker support.

There will "ALWAYS" be a host that will try to sell you something cheaper than the previous host, but another thing is would you actually use the space & bandwidth being offered?

Most sites happily run on well less than 2gig a month. So would you be better going for a less expensive plan if it’s money you are watching.

--> 7 GB transfer/month

More MB's to host but less MB's to transfer :)

i believe 7 gigs/transfer is enough. also, nirmani.net has great support. you can ask anyone who have used them, including me.

Its not a bad deal but I like a more bandwidth efficient host.

Myacen's deals are better than all of those for $15 a month, not to mention they have really good support and have a good reputation around here.
