Muttle.com - Good? What do they offer?

www.muttle.com offers you to resell for free. Their website only sais you can give your users 20 mb and all their other features.
Does anybody have experience with them? What are those other features?

It looks like a cobrand for a free host, so they host your domain for you, and then you can offer people free hosting accounts on a subdomain of your domain with 20 mb of space

Looks to me like muttle.com is back up. Its a file/image sharing host now though, looks pretty promising.
