I only need the FTP Space , good on Space and Bandwith.

Come on, even though free.prohosting.com has everything he wants, but it is not a good idea to make prohosting die fast.
There will be no more host support Perl, SSI, etc if more people choose CGI Host to use it for storage, etc.

maybe 250free.com?

The free Prohosting has been around for more than five years. I don't think they are going anywhere anytime soon.

250free = 500MB Bandwith. Also prohosting does paid hosting which they are one of the biggest. So I don't think they are going away.
