I want to know what's the best topsite script. I don't care if it's paid or free, php/mysql or cgi.

Well, it is all kind of your own preference but you can try looking around at hotscripts.com It also depends on what scripting language you want to use :)

I found the best top site script at cgi-factory.com there's a free version and the paid full version (which lets members log in to change their details) this one is relativily cheap as I purchased it for my site.

I found that the free version gives me control but it doesn't let members change their details and I had members asking how they could change details.
