UK host required

Can anyone help.

I am looking for a reliable uk based web host that offers 100 meg + and around 5 gig bandwidth. Some of the other features i need include:

mySQL databases (would be nice ;))

Sub-domains

PHP scripting/CGI scripting Support

etc.

I have a pretty small budget as well ;)
