Hey I was wondering if there was any ebhosts yu guys know off with the following features:
500mb(or more)
Maximum file size of about 1mb
.zip files allowed
.exe files allowed
High or unlimited bandwith
Very reliable server
File storage allowed
I put file storage because I always upload all my images and downloads before I build the site. Also does anyone know how to create a message board with CGI and how much webspace you need?

I have a solution for you:
1) Zip your .exe's. Since the .exe's are supposed to be saved to the user's hard drive anyway, it wouldn't hurt your site to zip them.
2) Always, always, always upload your HTML first before you upload your other files. That way, the host will not flag you for deletion.
Follow this advice, and you will enjoy your Gizba experience. Even without FTP, Gizba is the best free host I've ever used since I've redid my frames structure to accept bottom inline banners.

Point2Me - http://www.point2me.com
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If your looking for a lot of space I suggest Point2Me. Point2Me turns your computer into your own personal web server. For people using Windows you get ASP and for Linux(Go Linux) users you get CGI. YOU NEED A STATIC IP ADDRESS. So if you have 56k this isn't for you(..you could do it if you have a second line and you left your modem on all the time, but your pages won't load as fast as a broadband user). So all you ISDN, Cable, and DSL users go for it.

Erm...what exactly is the difference between Point2Me and other services like dns2go.com, yi.org or no-ip.ocm etc. etc.? All they provide is a redirection to your computer. None of the features mentioned (ASP, CGI...) are offered by them. It's not necessary to have a static IP, in fact you don't need them if you have one :D
It is nearly impossible to run a webserver on a 56k line and it's definitely difficult with most ADSL lines...it might be possible with a fast SDSL line or cable...but other than that... Additionally, it is recommended to check the TOS of your ISP, because some do not allow you to run a server via your internet connection.
