I probably the hosts problem wince he's using a free host. Yeah it fails to load on my cable modem.

Well, one problem is the menu only appear when you hover over the buttons with a mouse. It looks flashy but if I don't hover your buttons then it looks like your page has nothing, its generally a good idea to have a visible nav without people having to move the mouse to a certain position.

WTF? :eek: That's not the site I saw the first time I went there. It was dark, black or something with a .htaccess type login. Wonder what happened?

The site is okay. However it looks bad in higher resolutions (like 1280X1024 etc) because of the white blank space. And the overall graphics are fuzzy.

Yes Yes Yes, it is a bit blurry or fuzzy to me.
It doesn't work with screen resolution 1024 X 768.

ALSO, think of changing the font face so it matches up the font face of the graphics.
