host? please help?

Hi everyone,
I am hoping that somebody knows of a free host, which will allow me to use my own registered domain and lets me have 20+ MB, I hope someone knows of one?

I use Virtualave.net for my own personal website.... they are really quite good and let you have your own domain name.... I've just started http://www.123netsite.com - but you only get a subdomain with that "your own third level domain name" ;)
