I'm looking for a reliable web host offering a discussion mailing list for at least 200 people, with a web archive that can show properly binaries and html pages. Any ideas?

why dont you find a web host, then install mailing list software?

I'm looking for a host that already has this option so that I won't have to pay extra money for the software. I already know that Ipowerweb has this option but they have Mailman for this kind of job and its web interface is not very good.

I don't want a web based discussion list but a discussion mailing list whose members will have the option to receive individual mails in their email boxes or read them on the web. I need both of them with the first option being more important.

I am not exactly sure what you are asking but http://www.below10host.com/tendollar.php - The 300 Plan has 200 Mailing lists, and the 500 Plan has 300 Mailing lists.
