Best Affiliate Service?

I am looking for an affiliate service that will allow me to place a banner, or text ad and allow me to get paid or get traffic for each click.
However i was wondering if there is a porgram that allows you to chose a certain category of ads you wish to place, so that i won't end up with say an add for ------ on my technology site.

www.fastclick.com and www.i-clicks.net are two that I know of where you can deselect banners you don't wish to use :)

you can be a publisher too and get paid for traffic you send to advertisers
