hey i want a web host with these requirements....

50 MB (or as much as possible but atleast 50 MB)
3+ GB bandwidth
atleast 2 FTP accounts
cgi/php/all the usual

can i get a host like this for 10 bucks? if can please tell me... thanks alot!

For 10$ you can get more! All classical 9.99$ plans have more to offer you than what you request. Although I'm not in the mood to suggest a host (they can make money without my help:D ....hope they survive). These plans are everywhere. Reliability is the point and good support. These must be your first requirements.:)

DEFINATLY go with myacen, you will get a lot more from them for that price and they have a VERY GOOD reputation of being a great host

Myacen, maybe you should try to sell a more expensive E-commerce plan with shopping card and credit processing services, I think those would be attractive. Keep the plan you've got now though.
