I'm looking for a good host with the following specs. When you give a hostadress please say if it's good/trustable/reliable and if people have had good experiences with it.

- Not more then 12.95$ a month
- 200mb space at least
- 15/20 gb bandwith at least
- Good helpdesk
- Help forums (important i think)
- I want to pay a month

Let's put it this way then, i'm searching a good host (reliable, trustable, some time around) that has a minimum of 15/20gb bandwith (other things are listed above in my topicpost).
No price given now, let's see if you guys give some adresses now, because i asked for some adresses :P with opinions
