a domain with .edu.pk extention
which cheap host allows it?

Just a guess here but any of them should be able to host it. When I say just a guess I mean it's not difficult to host a .pk vs a .com. The only way a host wouldn't allow it is if they had a policy against it or they were a bit outdated. :)

Best way to find out is to ask the host you’re interested in if they allow it.

Any host can handle this. As long as the registrar where you changed signed up for the domain name allows you to input DNS info (name servers).
