Know any good unlimited domain hosting plans?

I am looking for a hosting company that offer unlimited domain hosting. The amount of space should be at least 1GB. The bandwidth transfer limit should be around 3 or 4 GB. It should offer a control panel for the main account and a control panel for each domain hosted under the account. THe price should be $50 and under a month. The setup cost does not matter. Most likely it will already offer the services that I am looking for. If you know of a good host that offers these services please let me know.

It's not to late just keep them coming. In fact if you know of a host that has a seperate control panel for each domain as well as a master control panel for the entire account that would be great as well.
