When I browse sites around 50% of the time gifs will not load. Anyone else have this problem?

What kind of connection are you using? Are you on a network? I had this problem a long time ago... so maybe I can help.

Cable. Its not really a problem. I am more curious to see if this is a common occurence.

my moms comp is like that, images wont load, but if u hit refresh then they will load, but i have never had that happen on my comp:)

I only have this problem on amateur sites where either the image isnt there or misreferenced. Anyway, check your firewall and ad blockers (if any). They could be affecting what you see.

I had that problem. Came from tinkering with tweaking programs and registry settings. If you have done any of this, then that is the problem. The "tweaks" stop images from loading if they are taking too long. I suggest reverting back to your old settings, and see if it still happens. I think I reinstalled windows, and that fixed it.

If you have not tried to tweak your connection, then, I don't know...
