They most certainly do :) As I always advise, carefully read the terms of service and you can't go wrong.

In the terms for clickthrutraffic they say you can't open the link in a new window.
But since its 2nd click they probably don't mind, I would ask though to find out.

I use them. I think their the only good sponsor there is nowdays. I can put up 1-10+ searches on my site, and if someone uses one of them, and follows through on the search I get paid. Their also the only sponsor who's actually paid me :eek: amazing!
