a friend of mine is in a band. they want a website so people can download their mp3s. they can't find anyone for a reasonable price. they're looking for around $25-30 max. anything besides the space and bandwidth necesary for the mp3s and ftp access isn't important.

You didn't specify what requirements you need, so its kind of hard for me to offer you a specific package. We have a few plans, however, that fit your price bracket. Have a look at our offerings @ http://www.iminbudget.com

Make sure you don't miss out on this one: http://www.iminbudget.com/promo.htm

If space and bandwidth for legal MP3s is all that matters, http://www.myqth.com . 500 MB space, 30 GB monthly transfer for $48/year ($4/month).

If they are legal any host should be able to host them. Unless they say they do not allow mp3s. I host/will be hosting mp3s off of myacen.com
