Like i0 said where are you going to display the ads?

Do we have to at least participate once?

Actually they are:


The winners will be able to display his/her banners on various NetTalk websites or AdvertWizard.com

And:


All new members will participate in a lottery for a half million banner impressions. You will each participate with one chance of winning.

Everybody on the top 10 list of most active posters will participate in a lottery for the other half million banner impressions. Members in this lottery will participate with a number of chances matching the number of posts written by themselves.
