Red Hat Interchange Help

I am trying to set up Red Hat Interchange Store on my website. I am having the hardest time trying to get all of the catagories organized. I figured out how to add items, but I cannot figure out the catagories. I would appricate any help. If somebody is willing to physically help me out, that would be greatly appricated.
