Hi. :)
Plan #2 at:
http://www.infodoma.com/plans.php
would be closest which will give you:
30 mb disk space with 3 gb bandwidth, own ip address [not listed there but in this offer yes], as many ftp accounts, subdomains, pop3 emails and mysql databases as you wish within your quota. SSH is included. For 4.95 per month and 4.50 per month if paid yearly [US Dollars].
Also, for a custom 50 mb plan with 5 GB bandwidth with all the rest of features of plan #7 and standard account features [above link], you can have that for 7.95 per month if paid monthly and 7.50 per month if paid yearly. :)

Is it allowed to post the host url and plans in here?

If it's not allowed, a Mod can remove the link and say "check sig url" for plans.
As for plans, how can an offer be made without posting the plans here?
Thanks.

Just to answer the question by the hosts in the thread:
http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/announcement.php?s=&forumid=3
Additional rules for the Paid Hosting forum
They are also allowed to reply to a request for hosting services if the following conditions are met:
When answering a request, you must include
1. The URL to the plan
2. The price
3. Describe or name the features that match the original request.
For instance, if someone asks, "Which webhosts offer 12 gigs of traffic?" If you offer such a package or know someone that does, you may respond only if you describe what you offer in that message in the format described above. Simply saying "we offer what you want, visit our site" is clearly spam and is not allowed.
Hosts may NOT respond to general questions posted by members who are looking for advice/opinions on which host to choose.
For instance, if someone asks, "I need at least 20 MB and FrontPage 98 support for less than $15, which host do you recommend?", then clearly this question is not directed to a webhost. It is directed to other webmasters who would be able to recommend a service.
Feel free to recommend other hosts which might meet the person's needs.
