4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor? around 5000 a month, 130,000/month when I was to update daily
5. How does site generate income? How much? currently $50 a month, $1000+ when I used to update daily
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require? Took about 30 minutes to update, send the newsletter, I haven't updated it in about a month though.
7. What industry/audience does your site serve? Entertainment... Usually 18 - 25 males/females
8. Is knowledge required of the industry served by your site? Not Really
9. Reason for selling? Not enough time with school and work, Plus Im saving up money for a house so the bigger amounbt it would sell for would help rather then the money I make from it each month.
10. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Yes, as much help as they need.
11. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? Yes, 113,000+ are subscribed to the newsletter. Proof of this is in the auction description on Ebay.
12. Asking price for the site? Well there is no really asking price as its on Ebay but Im hoping to get about $5,000 for it.
