saving images

when ever i goto save an image from a website and its a jpg, windows wants to save it as jpe, so can anyone tell me how i can make it save as jpg because i hate having to change it to jpg

simple, change it to jpg, this will produce one of 2 results:

1) the image is saved as a jpg

or

2) the jpe and jpg are incompatible and thus they cant be saved as one another and will have to be changed with a imaging program.
