I guess they do not like toplists so does anyone know an ad site that accepts toplists ?

No, they don't like toplists. I'm looking for a sponser as well, I using CPA programs right now.

You might try fineclicks.com where chet has to first approve you, and then the individual merchants also. But be warned the .tk extension is likely to restrict your choices in many areas.

Okay take a look at all the reputable (and suspect) CPC programs that Czar has here. Look at the TOS of each program before you apply ;) Good luck :)
