I am wondering if there is a banner exchange program like this:
486x60 Banners
You select the category of ads you wish to display on your site.
Good display ratio.
No ads for the banner exchange service.

Or something like above, but where you get paid to display ads for companies.

www.fastclick.com and www.i-clicks.net allow you to choose which ad banners you want to display.
