all enlgish sites, which support PHP and cgi-bin .....not sure about perl and ASP... but majority of them suport FULL FTP ACCESS...

Just like to point out that a CGI-BIN is for perl scripts...and DK3 doesn't do free hosting anymore

they are both the same thing. portland and its co-brands suck. only 100mb/transfer a month.

before x-drive.com and freedrive.com used to proivde free 100mb... but they stopped that.. and easyspace.com offer 25mb... but its limited uploaded to about 1.5mb!...
